Usage	{{Rewrite\|Scope\|Reason\|Width}}
Description	Creates a notice informing users about a needed rewrite. Scope defines the part of a page that needs to be rewritten (article, section, etc). Defaults to article. Reason specifies what needs rewriting. It is heavily recommended. You can set it with `needs=`. Width overrides the width of the notice (in %). Defaults to auto.
