Tearful Speech (French: Speech Larmoyant Tearful Speech) is a non-damaging Mental-type move.

Tearful Speech is a status move. It slightly raises the targets' Attack, but slightly lowers their Defense and Special Defense.

Cries to irritate the opponents and make them aggressive, slightly raising their Attack but lowering their Defense and Special Defense.
