Shunpo is a status move. It slightly raises the user's Speed. It also has a 30% chance to let the user dodge the next move they receive.

Description

A rapid movement technique that allows the user to move so fast the eye can’t follow, slightly raising Speed and granting a 30% chance to evade the next attack.
